Position Title: Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing / Communications

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified, creative, and professional Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns, digital content creation, graphic design, social media activities, branding materials, and hospital communication initiatives in accordance with hospital policies, branding guidelines, and applicable UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design creative and professional marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, health awareness activities, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage and update social media content in coordination with the marketing team and relevant departments.
• Ensure all designs and marketing materials follow approved hospital branding guidelines and communication standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to prepare accurate and appropriate content for public communication.
• Assist in photography, video coordination, content editing, and preparation of visual materials when required.
• Monitor campaign engagement, social media performance, and marketing activity outcomes.
• Maintain organized records of design files, marketing materials, approvals, and campaign documents.
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical communication in all marketing activities.
• Uphold professional conduct and hospital standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, graphic design, digital media, or communications.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools is required.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, branding, and content creation is required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
