Job Title: Pediatric Pulmonologist

Location: Ain Al Khaleej Hospital, Al Ain, UAE

Job Summary

Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing respiratory and pulmonary disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. Provides specialized pediatric pulmonary care and works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage pediatric respiratory conditions including asthma, chronic cough, infections, and chronic lung diseases.
Provide consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Perform and interpret pulmonary assessments and procedures as per privileges.
Educate families on disease management, medications, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and safety standards.
Participate in clinical activities, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.

Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
Specialist qualification in Pediatrics with Sub-specialty in Pediatric Pulmonology.
Valid UAE Specialist License/eligibility.
Minimum 5 years of experience after Pediatric Pulmonology sub-specialty training.
BLS certification; PALS preferred.

Ability to manage complex pediatric respiratory cases.
