Position Title: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and build strategic partnerships in line with organizational goals and UAE market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the UAE market.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and corporate communication across all channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, track ROI, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, advertising standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business growth and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and market expansion.
• Experience in healthcare, education, or corporate sectors is considered an advantage.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
