Job Summary
The Quality Assistant supports the hospital’s quality management system by assisting with audits, documentation control, data collection, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support quality audits and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain quality management documentation and records.
• Assist in performance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support accreditation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of [2-3] years of relevant experience in a recognized [hospital or healthcare] environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare quality or accreditation programs preferred.
- Experience with healthcare accreditation standards (JCI, DOH, ISO) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic speakers are highly recommended.
