Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and skilled Sonographer to join our Radiology team. The role is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, producing high-quality medical images, and assisting physicians in the diagnosis and monitoring of patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent patient care, and compliance with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and explain examination processes.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
• Document imaging results and assist physicians in clinical evaluation.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or related healthcare field.
• Valid professional license from DOH / DHA / MOH as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment and diagnostic procedures.
👉 Healthcare experience in a hospital setting is strongly preferred.
