Dr. Meriem Medjabri is a Specialist Otolaryngologist with more than 10 years of clinical and surgical experience in ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, including over 3 years of practice in the UAE.
She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions, with a strong background in outpatient and inpatient care, ENT emergencies, and surgical procedures.
Before joining Ain Al Khaleej Hospital, Dr. Meriem served as an Assistant Professor of ENT – Head & Neck Surgery at CHU Annaba, a major university hospital in Algeria, where she managed complex ENT cases and trained junior resident doctors. In the UAE, she worked as an ENT Specialist at Noor Al Mamzar Medical Center in Dubai, Burjeel Specialty Hospital in Sharjah, and NMC Royal Khalifa in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Meriem has a special interest in rhinology and sinus surgery. She is skilled in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, turbinoplasty, otological procedures including tympanoplasty and grommet tube insertion, pediatric ENT procedures including adenotonsillectomy, and head & neck surgeries including thyroidectomy, neck dissection, tracheostomy, tonsillectomy, and lymph node dissection. Her expertise also includes oncological ENT care and follow-up, airway and laryngeal endoscopy, auditory assessments, and ENT explorations.
She holds an MBBS, a Specialization in ENT – Head & Neck Surgery, and a Master’s Degree in ENT – Head & Neck Surgery. She has also completed advanced international training, including Rhinology Training in France and a Temporal Bone Cadaveric Dissection Course. She has contributed to ENT research and academic publications and remains actively involved in professional and academic ENT activities.
Known for her dedication, honesty, and patient-focused approach, Dr. Meriem combines strong surgical skills with compassionate care and clear communication. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling her to effectively serve a diverse patient population.
